What motivates you?
There are four main things that motivate me. The first is my need to achieve excellence in every task that I set out to do. The second is my desire to contribute to my firm. The third factor that motivates me is that I enjoy success and accomplishment, because I regularly review my goals and like to see tangible results when I do! I also believe in growth and the fact that if you're not moving forward, learning new skills, meeting new people, you're moving backwards. Finally, I like to feel that my work is being rewarded in an appropriate way.

What is your greatest weakness?

I have the desire to achieve excellence and always like to give 100% when given a task to do.
